Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • At least y1ears’ experience preferred
  • Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period of up to 8 hours in length.
  • Must possess manual ability to handle/serve food.
  • The ability to twist, bend, reach and squat.
  • We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace.
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second-hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights.
  • Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem-solving ability.
  • Must be able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Be thoroughly familiar with all standards of proper service etiquette and adhere to these standards throughout guest service.
  • Ensure each table is clean and reset for every new guest.
  • Greet guests with a smile and thank them for coming upon exit.
  • Assist servers and cocktail servers with table maintenance, including removing dirty dishes, tableware, and napkins.
  • Refilling empty water glasses.
  • Doing silverware rollups.
  • Make sure server stations remain stocked accordingly.
  • Cleaning up spills on tables and floors.
  • Occasionally help run food to guests.
  • Attend all scheduled staff meetings and supplemental training sessions.
  • Knowledgeable about all menus and hours of operation.
  • Be familiar with emergency safety measures.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner.
  • that enables getting along with guests, co-workers and management.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by your Manager.
  • Follow the steps of service as outlined for your position.
  • Complete opening/closing duties.
