Act as the liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring clear communication of food orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area by promptly clearing tables and resetting for the next guests. Monitor food quality and presentation before delivery to ensure it meets Savoy’s high standards. Assist the kitchen and wait staff in ensuring a smooth, seamless service during busy periods. Contribute to the overall guest experience by working efficiently and with a positive attitude under pressure. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Experience: Experience in fine-dining restaurants is REQUIRED Previous back-of-house or service experience is highly preferred, particularly in a high-end restaurant environment Must be available to work evenings and weekends Skills and Qualities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure food is served to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and temperature. Clear, professional communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale setting while maintaining composure and focus. Team-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service and contributing to a collaborative working environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays of food. Professional demeanor with a passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience.
