The Busser plays an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for members and guests in our family-friendly restaurant. This position supports the service team by maintaining clean, well-prepared tables and assisting with the overall flow of the dining room. The Busser helps ensure that the dining atmosphere remains comfortable and inviting for families and guests of all ages.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Friendly, approachable, and member-focused demeanor.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required within 30 days of hire date.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between seatings.
Assist servers with water, beverages, condiments, and other guest requests as needed.
Keep the dining area, service stations, and floors clean, stocked, and organized.
Maintain cleanliness standards by promptly removing used dishes, utensils, and trash.
Support servers and food runners with delivering food and beverages as requested.
Monitor table needs, including refilling water, providing extra napkins, or replenishing condiments.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and club standards at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during high-volume family dining times.
Other job duties as assigned.
