The Busperson is responsible for keeping property floors and service areas cleared and properly maintained. Fill condiments and maintain cleanliness of storage areas. Proper transfer of soiled linens. Commitment and dedication to our Inspired Hospitality culture is expected to be displayed towards members, owners, guests and team members at all times. You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure that bussing supplies, stockrooms and corridors are kept in order. Prepare trash and dirty linens for pick up by the stewards, keeping bussing supplies properly stocked with needed items include preparing rolled silverware. Clean, organize dishwashing area and notify supervisor of any malfunctioning equipment. Clear any dirty dishes from the tables and bring to the dish room. Clean, sanitize and reset table for next guest. Assist kitchen staff and restaurant staff with preparing to go or room service orders as needed. Completely understand proper storage and food handling techniques, as well as equipment operation and their value. Understand room service standards of service, safety and sanitation. Understand products and menu items. Must know the location of all rooms, suites and meeting rooms as well as the best route for deliveries. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards. Maintain compliance with all required food handling, cleanliness and disinfection standards with both company policies and local health department guidelines and regulations. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements

  • 6 Months - 3 Years related experience
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills when engaging in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Must be able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized and attentive to details.
  • Must be able to use hand motion when cleaning.
  • Must be able to use arm motion when using dust pan and broom to maintain the cleanliness standards in all areas.
  • Serv Safe Certification
