This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

SHAZAM is looking for a
Business Verification Analyst
to
join our Customer Operations Quality team. In this role, you will provide verification and validation services to our customer operations team by validating work products, such as customer-facing projects, internal and external process flows, and communications. This may also include call quality monitoring and review of client facing support lanes.

Requirements

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving and reaching goals.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, quickly adapting to change and prioritizing needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Core Banking experience highly preferred.
• Bank conversion / Banking industry experience and/or data validation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tasks related to the validation of work in at least one work product lane.
• Proactively and reactively recognize the need to adjust deadlines and tasks as work volume fluctuates.
• Review documents, agreements, case notes, and other work products, with high attention to detail.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of ITS services, system flows, procedures, forms, and policies, as well as industry practices.
