SHAZAM is looking for a Business Verification Analyst to join our Customer Operations Quality team. In this role, you will provide verification and validation services to our customer operations team by validating work products, such as customer-facing projects, internal and external process flows, and communications. This may also include call quality monitoring and review of client facing support lanes.
