About The Position

At Regions, the Business Unit Operations Processor performs a variety of operational tasks for a process or function within a line of business. Primary Responsibilities Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work/item to resolution and closure Performs tasks that require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers Enters transactions into systems and verifies accuracy Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents Resolves customer issues using multiple resources and records Works under general supervision following established procedures Utilizes multiple online systems when necessary This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to learn additional systems as needed
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
