About The Position

The Business Unit Leader provides leadership, coordination, supervision, and oversight of a BRAND NEW home services department. This leader often acts as a client interface and problem solver. As a leader, you will exercise responsibility for growing and managing department operations. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the department. This is an opportunity to grow a department from the ground up within an established company and have unlimited career and income potential. We are looking for a well-rounded customer focused professional to help shape the future of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Operational and sales experience.
  • Responsible for leading a department towards set production, revenue, and profit goals.
  • Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
  • Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations.
  • Experience with hiring, training, and leading team members.
  • Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity.
  • Maintain a record of achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Delegate responsibility and maintain follow up for assessment of results.
  • Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
  • Proven experience as a Leader or similar role
