About The Position

The Senior Finance leader responsible for developing the overall financial policies for a business unit/division or subsidiary company to ensure the financial outcomes are achieved, including top line revenue, bottom line profit and cash flow. The leader will hold the business leaders accountable to financial targets throughout the organization and will attract and retain a highly talented finance team to support the company. Responsibilities The Senior Finance leader responsible for developing the overall financial policies for a business unit/division or subsidiary company to ensure the financial outcomes are achieved, including top line revenue, bottom line profit and cash flow. The leader will hold the business leaders accountable to financial targets throughout the organization and will attract and retain a highly talented finance team to support the company. Provides strategic direction for all financial functions that support the business, including accounting, budget, credit, treasury, and other associated financial items. Establishes analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions that are incorporated into financial models, identify operational deficiencies, and aid in developing effective and data driven pricing for clients that result in profitable financial results. Utilize objectives, goals, strategies, and measures (OGSIM) framework approach for identifying and achieving goals and measures Provides pricing and commercial support to ensure that retained clients and new business sold are profitable. Establish and provide pricing target thresholds for pricing deals. Ensure cash flow targets are achieved, including days sales outstanding, capital expenditures, real estate, and days payable outstanding. Identify and drive efficiency improvements including ensuring targets are met including value creation, procurement savings, etc. Attract and retain a highly talented finance team to support the company, driving the performance through constant feedback and ensuring the strongest talent across the levels of finance. Proactive toward talent management to ensure succession planning and future leaders are developed. Successfully balanced approach of strong daily decision making and support and strategic vision and partnership to the President and executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
  • 15 + years progressive work experience as a business unit finance lead or similar role
