About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing: Risk Selection and Pricing: Evaluate individual risks based on our company philosophy and guidelines. Apply your analytical skills to determine appropriate pricing. Business Approval and Processing: Review, approve, or decline business submissions. Ensure efficient and accurate processing of policies. Agency Performance Monitoring: Monitor the overall results of assigned agencies. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Agency Visits and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents in your assigned territory. Conduct quarterly agency visits. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree: In business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
