About The Position

The Business Transformation Manager reports to the Executive Director of Enterprise Business Transformation and is responsible for supporting the Prisma Health organization's critical transformation and growth initiatives. The successful candidate performs well with fast-paced cross-functional initiatives and can clearly communicate complex information through multiple platforms including verbal, written, analysis, and refined presentation. Business Transformation Managers assist with the development, planning, and execution of key cross functional initiatives and solutions to drive the organization’s goals forward. The role requires a proactive individual that can work well both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in the planning and execution of initiatives, while maintaining focus on key objectives and results driving growth and performance. The position will coordinate and assist with daily activities that require confidential information about staffing, funding, and strategic direction. The individual must be able to prioritize work and guide teams to execute on plans. The successful individual will have healthcare consulting experience at the delivery or operational level, with a demonstrated ability to influence others, create alignment around goals, and inspire others to take action. Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business administration, health science, health economics, and/or related health care field.
  • Experience - Three (3) years healthcare consulting, project management, operations, and/or quality experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools - preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare leadership communications, analysis, presentations, and meeting materials in collaboration with the Executive Director of Enterprise Business Transformation.
  • Actively participate in and execute on strategic initiatives while maintaining initiative prioritization under leadership guidance.
  • Support critical growth & transformation initiatives including project work, meeting cadence, metric tracking, measurement and reporting.
  • Develop written recommendations on a variety of strategic cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with peer and business partners in support of overall growth and performance strategy.
  • Research, monitor, and make recommendations on solutions with a lens toward market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
