As a Business Transformation Associate within the Product & Transformation team, you play a pivotal role in supporting business growth and delivering outstanding client and employee experiences. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to articulate and tell a compelling story.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • Experience in data analytics and data mining techniques, leveraging insights to drive transformation objectives.
  • Ability to support and develop interview campaigns, working sessions, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience working on transformation initiatives end-to-end, delivering business objectives through process change and digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of process re-engineering, end-to-end process mapping, diagnosing business imperatives, and driving change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day activities related to analysis, project management, and delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to scope, design, and measure performance of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and technology development teams across domains, utilizing agile methodology for client journeys and persona planning.
  • Support the roadmap for roll-out and adoption of new initiatives and capabilities across clients and employees.
  • Develop and deliver content to periodically update executive management, leadership, and stakeholders across lines of business on roadmap, delivery milestones, and change management.
