About The Position

We are looking for a professional for the role of Business Transformation Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive process development support to a Business Transformation team, focusing on gathering and documenting detailed process data, analyzing process requirements, and identifying inefficiencies or areas for enhancement. This position is in a very fast paced and ever-changing environment.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Operations Management, Process Management, Organizational Leadership, or a relevant field is required
• Minimum of five (5) years experience with process development and or improvement is required
• DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required at start
• Experience with Power BI or other process improvement software tools is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Creates documentation including policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in support of process flow diagrams and proposes optimized solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Supports identifying and implementing potential improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency
• Ensures seamless planning, scheduling and execution of team meeting and collaborative sessions
• Prepares meeting materials such as agendas, reports, and presentations
• Records action items and facilitates follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Provides technical and logistical support for in-person and virtual meetings, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, and other collaborative platforms.
