As the Business Technology Analyst, you will serve as a key bridge between Technology Operations, Product Management, and end-user teams. You will focus primarily on supporting business users, optimizing enterprise platforms, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and driving adoption of underutilized capabilities, while also providing escalation-based operational support. This role blends business process awareness with technical expertise to improve workflows, strengthen system utilization, and support organizational efficiency. This is a full-time role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering. Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g. PCPM, CSPO, AIPMM, etc.) are a plus.
  • 5-7 years’ related experience in developing solutions and managing platforms or applications with internal build and vended solutions
  • Strong business management & operations knowledge & experience supporting enterprise applications. Franchise or Education domain experience a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to adapt to priority changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with some or all the following: CRM platforms, mobile applications, Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS environments, enterprise SaaS applications. Experience in projects leveraging AI and AI tooling a plus.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Databricks) a strong plus and designing data solutions for ease of use by BI platforms and users to enable data self-service is a strong plus
  • PowerShell, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Python, and SQL Server User Management (Basic SQL) understanding, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze workflows, gather requirements, and translate user needs into scalable, sustainable technical solutions
  • Optimize and enhance enterprise platforms and business applications by configuring tools, identifying opportunities for improvement, and unlocking underutilized capabilities
  • Assist in solution designing, writing of business and technical specifications, research and estimation of features, products, and implementations
  • Collaborate with Product Management and vendors on support escalations, feature enablement, roadmap alignment, and solution design for new initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and internal knowledge resources to support internal support teams and end users
  • Create adoption playbooks and enablement materials to support the rollout of new features, workflows, and platform enhancements
  • Support Technology Helpdesk management by serving as an escalation point for Technology Operations, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating resolution of complex issues across internal and vendor technologies while leveraging established processes to document, track, and meet service level expectations.
  • Utilize low-code automation, scripting, queries, or integrations as needed to improve efficiency, support troubleshooting, and enable data exchange
