This is a Business Technology Analyst III - Government Operations Consultant III position in the General Tax Administration Program, Business Technology Office, Data Support Services Unit. The incumbent performs the duties of a data/reporting analyst, including developing data extractions, writing queries, designing reports, and building dashboards. The incumbent also performs the duties of a business analyst, including gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and testing.
Requirements
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Three years of business or data analysis experience.
- Two years of experience facilitating meetings or work groups.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with the State of Florida’s tax laws, rules, and procedures.
