About The Position

As a Business Systems Solution Architect, you will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling enterprise business systems across ERP, EPM, CRM, CMS, and related applications. You will work closely with cross-functional business and IT teams to translate complex workflows into scalable, secure, and standardized solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and data integrity. In this role, you will guide system implementations, manage integrations, and ensure compliance while driving continuous improvement across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to influence business process transformation and digital strategy in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. You will play a key role in shaping technology standards and enabling teams to achieve business objectives with measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in business systems, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Proven track record of implementing cross-system improvements and owning system design for large programs or companies.
  • Strong project and task management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively across teams, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems, identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Design, standardize, and implement scalable technical solutions that align with business priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Lead planning, testing, and deployment of new system features and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Manage system enhancements, configurations, upgrades, and issue resolution while prioritizing based on strategic value and resource availability.
  • Oversee daily operations of data integrations, proactively monitoring and resolving system disruptions.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, coordinating resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into efficient technical solutions to reduce risk and improve process efficiency.
