Responsibilities include coordinating and managing release activities, configuring system settings, and troubleshooting issues. The role also provides backup support to the Software Engineer for coding and integration tasks. Success requires strong analytical and technical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations), and a focus on continuous improvement.
