About The Position

Responsible for designing and implementing workflow automation and document management solutions that streamline business operations across internal teams and external clients. Owns the full lifecycle of solutions including requirements gathering, system design, workflow development, integrations, training, and ongoing support. Must maintain good customer relations, in addition to proper and timely completion of documentation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development Required
  • Web Based Product Support
  • Workflow Automation & Process Design
  • Document Management Systems (DocMgt or similar)
  • Electronic Forms Development
  • Systems Integration Experience (APIs, data flow, system connectivity)
  • Data Analysis & Querying (SQL or equivalent)
  • Troubleshooting Complex System Issues
  • Systems Analysis & Solution Design
  • SQL (basic to intermediate)
  • REST APIs
  • Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools
  • Python or scripting (batch, PowerShell, etc.)
  • JavaScript / HTML (light use for customization)
  • Regular Expression Experience (Regex)
  • JSON / Data Structures
  • Microsoft Excel (data manipulation & analysis)
  • ERP / CRM / HRIS system exposure
  • AP, AR, and HR Processes
  • Windows Server environment
  • Adobe Acrobat / document processing tools
  • Document Capture Processes Including Scanning & OCR

Responsibilities

  • CONFIGURE/SUPPORT:
  • Effectively and efficiently design, configure, and deploy document management systems with a focus on DocMgt.
  • Ensure customer and internal document management sites are configured within the constraints of approved systems.
  • Provide remote support for clients.
  • Assist with document management scope of work development for clients.
  • Assist sales efforts with demo design and presentation.
  • Maintain proper response time.
  • TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION:
  • Configure and implement integrations between document management systems and external platforms.
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, REST APIs, automation platforms, and scripting to enable data flow and system connectivity.
  • Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to efficiently build and maintain integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, data flow, and integration issues.
  • Configure and Maintain Document Capture Including Scanning & OCR.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
  • Listen to and resolve internal and external customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Immediately report any customer concerns that have not been resolved to the customer's satisfaction to the Service Manager.
  • DOCUMENTATION:
  • Prepare accurate and complete scope of work documentation.
  • Submit work orders after the completion of every service call.
  • Maintain consistent project management timelines with customers and TSC’s.
  • TRAINING:
  • Attend training seminars as required for all approved software vendors.
  • Attend product release meetings for all approved software vendors.
  • OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
  • Respond to Technology Services helpdesk tickets via ConnectWise PSA
  • Support VoIP (Intermedia Elevate), eFax (eGoldFax), print management, and document management users
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain SLA compliance, time tracking, and documentation standards
  • Deliver excellent customer experience across all interactions
