Business Systems Engineer II

Business Systems Engineers are key resources in leading the development and execution of important initiatives across the Supply Chain function. They are expected to identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement while supporting a best-in-class Supply Chain team. They will drive the development of diagnostics and transformations while delivering the highest quality results. Requirements
- 2+ years' experience within a supply chain environment and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience (HS Diploma and 6+ years of total work experience).
- Experience with at least one of the following: SQL, R, Python, or Power BI.
- Proficient using Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Exposure to ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL, R, Power BI, Python, and other tools to assess risk, gather intelligence, and formulate actionable plans.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven tools and systems to support supply chain operations, including intelligent agents and bots that act as "wingmen" for supply chain professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, automation, and process optimization across the supply chain.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Proactively assess and develop opportunities for efficiencies and automation, including the use of AI to reduce manual tasks.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures and documentation for AI-enabled tools and systems.
- Provide training and support to the broader team on new AI tools, reports, and processes.
- Identify and propose cost reduction opportunities across various products and services, leveraging AI to uncover hidden efficiencies.
