About The Position

The Analyst II supports enterprise data management efforts to ensure accurate, secure, and accessible information. This role contributes to data governance, master data, and compliance initiatives; manages data‑related projects such as migrations, system updates, and validation improvements; resolves cross‑system data issues through analytical problem‑solving; and collaborates with IT, compliance teams, and external vendors to maintain data integrity and operational alignment. Super user and business support partner for the Epicor ERP system, ensuring collaborative, efficient use within the system. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epicor ERP configurations, reporting solutions, and system enhancements. Support day-to-day Epicor ERP operations, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving cross-functional data discrepancies, and coordinating fixes with IT or technical teams as needed. Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of Epicor system updates, enhancements, and process changes. Administer troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with internal teams (IT, Business Intelligence) and external teams (vendor partners, project/program consultants). Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate data definitions and logic Fulfill project resource/coordination support when needed. Deliver training and development information to end users via online learning center, Viva Engage and email.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, education and training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
  • Multiple ERP or enterprise systems experience (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Workday, Exact).
  • Experience supporting complex org structures (e.g., hierarchical, functional, matrix).
  • Proven proficiency with client management, resolving internal customer needs and providing recommended solutions.
  • Ability to balance hands on technical and social aptitude working with multi-tiered stakeholders.
  • Own subject matter expert role for cross-functional program success.
