Job Summary: Provides professional, diverse and timely administrative support to the Clinical Professional Development Department (Director and Consultants). Supports educational software systems by coordinating the publication of educational materials, providing user training support and resolving user questions/problems that facilitate the automation of department processes across the organization. Under direction of Clinical Professional Development Director, manages the consistency and integrity of the learning systems to meet the educational needs of clinical and non-clinical staff within the facility. Performs administrative duties for the Clinical Professional Development Department including Patient & Family Education.

- High School Diploma required
- Demonstrates the ability to get along well with people and to work well under pressure.
- Must be self‑directed and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
