About The Position

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to ensure a stable, reliable, and effective integration of our client’s financial data with Workday. In this role, you’ll resolve critical gaps by identifying, architecting, and developing solutions for a Workday integration. Additionally, you will document newly implemented solutions and processes to enable effective knowledge transfer and support ongoing sustainability and modernization initiatives. About the team The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst; gathering requirements, writing user stories and test cases, and conducting functional testing.
  • Experience supporting a Workday integration.
  • Experience driving end to end implementations in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams.
  • Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and improve business processes.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within or supporting projects for the Public Sector is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in Consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope and translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • Documentation & User Stories: Author comprehensive user stories, technical specifications, and clear acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Drive the full lifecycle of Workday system implementations, ensuring projects move seamlessly from initial definition to final results.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop detailed test cases and conduct thorough functional testing to validate that system builds meet business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between IT and strategic business units.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to scale and optimize existing business processes, leveraging Workday capabilities to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business leaders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
  • Tool Utilization: Maintain project transparency and traceability using PM tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
