Requirements

  • Professional Background: 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a professional services environment, with a focus on post-sales processes.
  • Process Optimization: Proven track record of documenting, analyzing and enhancing business workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of business architecture, technology customization, and integration solutions, particularly with Salesforce and Certinia/FinancialForce.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certinia PSA System Administrator is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of successfully addressing complex challenges in business systems.
  • Innovative Solutions: Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with cutting-edge tools and technologies in the professional services and SaaS landscapes.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest developments in technology and business analysis.
