About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Level I/II) to support the County of Sacramento in its large-scale migration project. The County is transitioning all Internet sites from an on-premises SharePoint environment to a cloud-hosted Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This role will be essential in ensuring a smooth, organized, and successful migration of sites while collaborating closely with County staff and stakeholders. The candidate must be local to Sacramento, CA and willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the County of Sacramento. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis or related IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems and website migration projects (SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to clearly explain processes, provide instructions, and engage with stakeholders at different technical levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality assurance and content accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SharePoint to AEM migration or similar large-scale CMS transitions.
  • Knowledge of web design principles, site navigation, and usability best practices.
  • Prior government or public sector IT project experience.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the migration of County websites from SharePoint to AEM.
  • Serve as a liaison with site owners to gather requirements and provide migration updates.
  • Guide site owners in cleaning, structuring, and organizing content for migration.
  • Assist in developing and refining site navigation and menu structures.
  • Provide direct support in content migration, including hands-on execution when needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance by testing sites for accuracy, completeness, broken links, and spelling errors.
  • Deliver clear instructions, training, and support to site owners throughout the migration process.
