About The Position

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role (internships and academic projects will be considered).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of CRM concepts and data structures.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret Dynamics 365 CRM system data.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into behavior, trends, and other key performance indicators.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM system by performing regular data audits and cleaning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing data governance standards and best practices.
  • Support data migration and integration projects as needed.
  • Business Support:
  • Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Administrator and development team to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide first-level support for CRM users by troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of the Dynamics 365 CRM system to meet business requirements.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
