Additional Job Description Business Systems Analyst - Life $63,273-$78,447 minimum starting pay Job Level: Individual Contributor Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. What You Will Be Doing: Analyze and document current department processes and procedures and initiate any process improvement changes with management approval. Review and research system related problems and potential improvements and work closely with business partners, Information Services, and vendors to seek resolution. Serve as a department team lead and liaison for projects involving new software systems and business process changes. May create user stories to guide system development and conduct user acceptance testing if appropriate. Provide analysis and recommendations on the implementation of new processes and procedures. Communicate system and business process changes to other departmental personnel and provide necessary training. Supports filing, compliance, and tax reporting functions.
