What you will be doing: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to elicit and analyze functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis. Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables such as user stories, process flows, and well-defined acceptance criteria that are easily understood by all stakeholders. Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and successful solution delivery. Partner with development teams and SMEs to design and implement technical solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Evaluate existing business processes and system data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement or automation. Conduct impact assessments and provide detailed analysis to support solution trade-offs and inform decision-making on the optimal path forward. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprints, offering ongoing clarification and context to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Proactively identify and mitigate risks/issues that could impact release or project objectives. Contribute to product demos and prepare comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, including test scenarios and cases. Coordinate testing efforts to ensure timely completion and resolution of identified issues. Collaborate with developers to analyze and resolve production support issues, document findings, and provide timely responses to inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.
