Position Summary: You will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and continuously improving internal business systems and processes – spanning CRM and PMS platforms – while translating business needs into clear technical requirements and measurable outcomes. You will contribute to product roadmaps, implement data-driven workflows, and support scalable, well-governed system solutions through close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is ideal for a technically strong contributor who excels in system ownership, execution, and collaboration.
