About The Position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst, supporting a high-impact Department of Defense mission. The Business Systems Analyst will analyze systems and processes, collaborate with teams to solve complex problems, and develop solutions that enable a Department of Defense mission to achieve its objectives.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory for on-site work).
2+ years of experience in systems analysis, technical support, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a mission-focused team environment.

Nice To Haves

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability, with preferred experience using tools like ServiceNow and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Collaborate daily with team members and other work centers to meet customer requirements and resolve complex technical challenges.
Analyze and support the formulation of systems and data collection processes to enable mission objectives and operational goals.
Develop and refine workflows and inputs that drive successful execution of customer deliverables.
