About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Business Systems Analyst to serve as a liaison between multiple business units, the technology team, and vendors. You won’t just gather requirements; you will help design the systems that fulfill them. We need someone who enjoys uncovering the "why" behind a business request and has the technical curiosity to figure out the "how." In this role, you will document stakeholder requirements, analyze business processes, measure/monitor process efficiency, help design effective solutions, and manage the delivery of small projects. You will coordinate testing, training, implementation and communication efforts with vendors and multiple business groups. This is a business-facing and technology-facing role, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment amongst multiple stakeholders. The goal is to improve efficiency and solve business problems while also optimizing and configuring technical solutions to meet the need. The position is fully remote with minimal travel requirements. Join Ivy Rehab’s dedicated team where you’re not just an employee, but a valued teammate! Together, we provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.
