About the role Responsible for translating defined business requirements into system and technical solutions and recommends automated system boundaries and processes to solve organizational information issues. Determines operational objectives, gathers information, and evaluates output requirements and formats. Works closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document systems requirements. Constructs workflow charts and diagrams, studies system capabilities, and writes specifications. Co-develops organizational change management framework and supports defect triage, system testing. Maintains automated system boundaries by writing and updating procedures. May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training. Works in an Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodology.
