About The Position

The Business Systems Analyst will be part of the IT Applications team, supporting both Product Marketing and Solutions organizations. This role bridges business needs and technology delivery, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions for marketing automation and financial systems. Acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources, the Analyst will deliver business and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate the client experience. This role will have direct exposure to multiple business groups across the organization and represents an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our marketing materials and reporting capabilities. Natixis supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on-site in the Boston office 2 days a week.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Services or Asset Management, with exposure to IT applications and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and terminology
  • Hands-on experience with Seismic (including LiveDocs) is required
  • Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of agile development and SCRUM practices
  • Exposure to marketing technology platforms and financial systems integration

Responsibilities

  • Drive automation of product marketing materials, including factsheets and related content
  • Support quarterly generation of marketing materials with strict adherence to deadlines and compliance standards
  • Gather and document requirements for additional automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing stakeholders to ensure solutions align with branding, regulatory, and operational standards
  • Work with external vendors or parties to streamline the data ingestion process
  • Have complete oversight of the Product Automation process to ensure successful production.
  • Work closely with Solutions teams to understand pre-trading workflows and financial systems
  • Gather requirements for enhancements or integrations related to investment products and trading processes
  • Ensure IT solutions meet operational and compliance needs for financial systems
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Produce comprehensive documentation: business requirements, solution design, test cases, UAT materials, and end-user guides
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement)
  • Adhere to IT change management processes for evolving requirements
  • Coordinate Tier 1 support activities and triage issues or service requests
