Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Proven oral and written communications skills, capable of effectively
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong customer service skills
• 3-5 years of progressive Customer/Help Desk Support, or related experience
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to distill information from various sources to facilitate customer decision/action
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within the DoD
• Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle
• Familiarity with using ServiceNow or related Help Desk experience
• Knowledge of issues regarding information technology
• Familiarity with business processes and workflows
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and budget related tasks
• Prepare and report metrics and project status
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with customers and stakeholders
• Assist with coordinating and completing taskers
• Engage with various customers and assist them in escalation and resolution of issues
• Collaborate with other team members
