About The Position

Brunswick Bowling Products, an iconic brand in sports and recreation, is looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Muskegon, MI. We are in the early stages of a multi-year systems transformation that provides a great opportunity to learn and grow as we touch every business process across our global enterprise. Brunswick Bowling markets a full lineup of products and services to a global customer base. From shoes to lighting shows, software subscriptions to custom furniture, Brunswick Bowling’s depth and breadth us unmatched. Brunswick Bowling is privately held with operations in the USA, Mexico, Hungary, and a significant sales and service remote workforce. Our benefits are very competitive including 401(K) matching, profit sharing, bonus plan, and health insurance. Come join us! The BSA position is a multi-dimensional role, working with people, processes, data, and software to drive optimal business performance. Unlike this role at some firms, the Brunswick Bowling BSA facilitates processes across all business functions. This role reports to the IT Applications Manager. Brunswick Bowling is in the early stages of a multi-year initiative to modernize its business systems. While stable and steady, our current systems are challenged to capitalize on market opportunities that require greater agility and inter-operability. We are migrating a significant portion of our processes to the IFS Cloud platform – a modern, scalable, extendible ERP system. We need a dynamic BSA that wants to be part of this journey from the beginning. The Business System Analyst will also assist with change management including technical documentation, business process documentation, and training.
