A Business Systems Analyst (BSA) partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and deliver system changes that meet business needs. The BSA leads discovery and requirements activities, translates needs into clear and testable requirements, and supports delivery through build, test, and release to ensure outcomes align with scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
