The Business Systems Analyst will provide technical support and assistance to resolve problems with the organization’s computer networks and systems. Provides technical support—identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems with computer software and hardware—for problems specific to the organization’s computer networks and systems. For example: WMS or internal payroll clock in / out system Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems. Collaborates cross functionally to research and resolve problems. Assist new hires with the setup of their new equipment Works with third party vendors at the direction of the VP of Information Technology Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends. Performs other related duties as assigned by the VP of Information Technology

Requirements

• Excellent communication (verbal, written & listening), interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to relate and explain cross functionally to internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn a broad array of networking and systems hardware and software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Ability to work in a temperatures below 30 degrees for extended periods of time
• Prolonged period of time working in a warehouse environment
• Walking for up to 4 hours a day
• Standing in a warehouse on a concrete floor or up to 6 hour a day
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 to 30 pounds at times.
