About The Position

The Business Analyst supports organizational initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions. This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting project execution from discovery through implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or relatedfield.
• 3–6 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Epicor ERPor similar platforms.Hands-on experience supporting, documenting, or enhancing processes and functionality.
• Strong analytical, documentation, andproblem‑solvingskills.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, process modeling tools, andrequirementsmethodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather business and system requirements.
• Transform business needs intowell‑definedrequirements and user stories with clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
• Identifygaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams during design and development phases.
• Support system configuration, workflow changes, and enhancements.
• Participate in team discussions to prepare the backlog, plan each sprint, and review results
• Develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, andvalidatedeliverables.
• Help prepare materials for training, communication, and change management activities.
• Providepost‑implementationsupport and user troubleshooting.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues in a clear andtimelymanner.
• Support project managers in coordinating tasks and timelines.
