THE ROLE We're looking for a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (HRSD) to join our newly formed HR Technology, PMO & Analytics organization. This group is redefining how we plan, deliver, and measure the impact of HR programs across the business. In this role, you'll own and optimize our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform , enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient employee experiences. You'll partner closely with Project Managers, other BSAs, Program Managers, and Analysts to deliver impactful technology and process solutions that support HR's transformation journey. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably supporting HR systems or ServiceNow platforms.
  • Proven experience leading HR technology projects from assessment through implementation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including configuration, reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, workflows, and audit tables.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience building data-driven dashboards and metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and documentation skills - you can bridge technical and business conversations seamlessly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher.
  • Experience with HRSD, ITSM, or Case Management modules.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience with query development (GlideRecord, Flow Designer, SQL) or willingness to learn.
  • Experience supporting HR systems in multinational or EMEA-based organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the HRSD Platform: Serve as the HR system administrator and subject matter expert for ServiceNow HRSD, overseeing day-to-day functionality, configuration, and support.
  • Drive the Roadmap: Partner with IT and HR leadership to shape and execute the HRSD technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • Expand Beyond ServiceNow: Over time, take ownership of additional HR technologies as our digital ecosystem grows - helping to design, implement, and integrate tools that enable a seamless employee experience.
  • Deliver Enhancements: Translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Collaborate with IT Product Owners to define requirements, manage testing (UAT), and lead smooth rollouts.
  • Enable Adoption: Champion new capabilities by training HR users, communicating updates clearly, and promoting best practices that keep configurations close to out-of-the-box standards.
  • Measure Impact: Develop and automate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics like lead time, cycle time, and case resolution. Provide self-service tools that empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate & Advise: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations and IT, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification.
  • Shape the Future: Partner with peers across HR Technology, PMO, and Analytics to design new ways of working that increase efficiency, alignment, and data-driven decision-making.
