The Department of Employment Services (DOES) Office of InformationTechnology is seeking a .NET SME for an existing development project. The position is for someone with experience in ETL, Back-End, Front-End andApplication design, and development. This is a highly skilled position and this candidate needs to be familiar with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology along with release management techniques. The candidate must have experience with software development within the .net framework and real time systems programming languages, software testing/quality assurance, proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, and JavaScript Additionally the candidate must be proficient with ASP.NET MVC 5, responsive design and Web API. The candidate must be an excellent communicator capable of leveraging technical and business comprehension to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be providing the technical and development expertise to the project on a daily basis. This includes working with the Business Analyst,QA, and internal business units to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, create time-sensitive reports in SQL, develop enhancements based on requirements, perform unit test cases, support release of enhancements, as well as work with the team to modernize the system from both a usability and technical perspective. The current solution uses ASP.NET M5 and C# , hence the candidate should know these technologies and also SQL, SQL Server, Azure and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will be able to Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems in the implementation of client enhancements or new system requirements as per industry standards.
