About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to lead moderately complex to complex projects, from requirements gathering through post-implementation. This role includes functional leadership, UAT coordination, and mentoring of junior staff.
Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months

Requirements

• 5+ years combined experience in business/system analysis, UAT, and test coordination (preferably with collateral servicing systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and test scripts.
• Proficiency in personal computers and relevant software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Subject matter expertise in supported applications and integrated systems.
• Experience with multi-project coordination, application frameworks, and acquisition/conversion projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and test cases; execute testing and validate enhancements.
• Collaborate with business units to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise initiatives.
• Act as functional lead and mentor for project teams; coordinate multi-application testing as needed.
• Analyze data and processes to ensure accurate functional design and project estimates.
• Monitor project scope, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Corporate Technology standards.
• Manage post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and debrief reporting.
