We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our IT - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analytic Services team as the Business Systems Analyst II. This position provides comprehensive support for PeopleSoft Finance (CFS), P2P, and other supported applications. Responsibilities include leading and participating in ongoing design and review sessions to implement changes required by new or revised PeopleSoft functionality, including baseline functionality coordinated by the Chancellor's Office. The role maintains functional specifications for implementations, conversions, upgrades, customizations, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow; creates and executes test scripts and scenarios; assists with application testing resulting from system enhancements, patches, fixes, custom modifications, and new baseline releases; and provides training for central and distributed users. Additional duties include creating ad-hoc and canned queries, acting as a liaison between end-users and technical staff, and coordinating/testing application fixes and patches. Other responsibilities include developing specifications and requirements for custom applications, consulting with functional users to define scope, performing feasibility and design analysis, and identifying and documenting external system integration needs. The position also supports PeopleSoft Human Capital Management implementation, mirroring Finance support duties including design sessions, functional specification maintenance, testing, training, and coordination of fixes/patches. Involves developing user training handouts, brochures, online training materials, and business process guides, as well as conducting core and distributed user training sessions as needed. Other duties as assigned.
