Aurora Water is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems, treatment of drinking water and non-potable reclaimed wastewater for irrigation, billing and collection, public outreach and water conservation, acquisition and development of future water rights, major capital projects programs, and quality control for regulatory compliance and public health. The Business System Analyst administers and coordinates technical and business process support for multiple technology initiatives for all city departments. Acts as Department Budget Coordinator. The analyst will be the primary liaison between the ERP provider, the SMEs within each accounting area, the ancillary software firms, and the Information Technology (IT) Department. Additionally, the Financial Business Systems Analyst will perform system testing, provide end-user support, address business user inquiries, and assist in development, design, and analysis activities. Additional responsibilities will include development of procedures and documentation.
