We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our IT - Enterprise Resource Planning team as the Business Systems Analyst II. Under general supervision, the Business Systems Analyst II learns, documents, and applies the understanding and concepts of higher-ed business processes to support the Department of Financial Aid and other department's mission by preparing, setting up, and executing steps, plans, procedures, communications, documentation, schedules, calendars, jobs, reports, queries, data backups, data imports, and data exports for various campus constituents including but not limited to campus staff, faculty, and students. Provides essential web support and prepares office documents for online access. Assist with updating forms, applying bar codes, and updating specific web pages. Works with staff to recommend enhancements and ensure websites are attractive, up-to-date, and accurate. Creates documentation/guides and provides training and troubleshooting support, including but not limited to providing office support for staff onboarding, staff offboarding, helpdesk, and coordinating the maintenance of office computers/ equipment. Learns necessary tools, technologies, and procedures to conduct business processes steps for various on-premise and cloud/SaaS applications including ERP (PeopleSoft), Database(Query, SQL), ECM (OnBase, Adobe, FileNet, SharePoint), Forms (AEM, PDF, Adobe Sign), BI (OBIEE, QuickSight, SnowFlake), File Storage (Windows Share, SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive, AWS), MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access), Helpdesk (ServiceNow, Salesforce) etc. The Business Systems Analyst II should be open to learning and self-driven. Learn and follow industry standards and campus policies to apply project management, service support, and IT security best practices and rules. Apply this learning and understanding specifically to all developed content, including documentation, processes, procedures, training, access granting steps, data creation, and data transfers. Collaborates with IT, various campus departments, and other campuses. Other duties as assigned.
