The Opportunity Are you a strategic thinker who loves untangling complex problems? As our Professional Business Systems Analyst (Client Delivery), you won’t just be documenting requirements—you’ll be the architect of efficiency. You will bridge the gap between ambitious business goals and technical execution, that directly impact our clients' success. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented systems. This role often involves leading projects, providing guidance to other analysts, and contributing to strategic planning.

Requirements

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Listing Data Checker or other compliance or rules based products.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
  • System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement robust system solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
  • Testing and Support: Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development to support decision-making.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and mentor other analysts, manage projects, and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus on solutions.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
