About The Position

As the Business Solutions Architect – Enterprise Applications, you’ll own the health, stability, and continuous improvement of Dynamic’s enterprise-wide business platforms. You’ll ensure systems such as ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and reporting tools are reliable, well-governed, and delivering real business value—partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams. Your work will help simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and ensure the systems that run the business are scalable, efficient, and ready for what’s next.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a business-related field
  • (Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education)
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or maintaining enterprise business applications
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, financial systems, or enterprise reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application workflows and lifecycle management
  • Working knowledge of integrations, data flows, and relational databases
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable prioritizing work in a ticket-based support environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, low-code tools, or analytics environments

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day stability and performance of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, financial systems, and reporting platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, configuration, access, and issue resolution
  • Manage and resolve tickets related to system issues, integrations, data concerns, and user support
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Support testing, deployment, and adoption of system updates and enhancements
  • Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and change management practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support reporting, analytics, and enterprise initiatives
