Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of Business Analyst experience
  • Full hands-on experience across the SDLC
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development environments
  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand data concepts, perform data extraction using SQL, and draft functional and system requirement behaviors
  • Proven experience producing BRD and FRD documentation
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to ramp up efficiently
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent IT educational background

Nice To Haves

  • Canada-based candidates preferred, ideally within the GTA
