About The Position

Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for API integrations, microservices, and Salesforce enhancements. Leverage deep knowledge of API design and microservices architecture to identify opportunities for system integration and optimization. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Salesforce Service Cloud) capabilities and limitations, enabling the alignment of business processes with Salesforce solutions. Analyze data from various sources, including Salesforce and other systems, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements using APIs and microservices as appropriate. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements, use cases, and system configurations. Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in testing and validation of API integrations, microservices, and Salesforce configurations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. Support change management initiatives, helping stakeholders adapt to new technologies, processes, and systems. Assist in project management tasks, such as project planning, timeline tracking, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution. Troubleshoot issues related to APIs, microservices, and Salesforce and provide innovative solutions to address problems. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in API, microservices, and Salesforce, ensuring the organization benefits from the latest advancements. Qualifications: 5+ Years of experience in salesforce. Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, or similar). Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on API, microservices, and Salesforce Platform (Servcie Cloud) Strong understanding of API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Salesforce certification(s) is a plus. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Project management experience is advantageous. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Requirements

5+ Years of experience in salesforce.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, or similar).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on API, microservices, and Salesforce Platform (Servcie Cloud)
Strong understanding of API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
