The Business System Analyst, Salesforce Administration serves as the connective tissue between business teams and the Salesforce platform. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Administrator.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Lightning platform.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Flow, SOQL, APIs, and data migration tools such as Data Loader.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and limitations.
  • Hands on experience with core admin functions (flows, security model, reports/dashboards, data management).
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Familiarity with different development methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users, executives, and technical teams.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address system inefficiencies and user issues.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for enhancements, new features, and process improvements.
  • Translates business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversees and manage end to end development cycles, including design, coding, testing, sign-off, and deployment stages and documentation.
  • Supports Salesforce administration activities, including: Managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets; Creating and maintaining flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom fields; Configuring dashboards, reports, and list views; Maintaining data quality through deduplication, imports, and governance practices.
  • Collaborates with Salesforce developers to design and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Performs system testing, coordinate UAT, and ensure smooth deployment of new features.
  • Troubleshoots issues, perform root cause analysis, and design long term fixes.
  • Maintains documentation for system configurations, processes, and release notes.
  • Monitors Salesforce releases and recommend relevant new features or optimizations.
  • Provides training, support, and guidance to end users to drive adoption and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
  • Ability to work onsite/in-office in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
