Looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst who connects business needs with IT solutions . The role focuses heavily on requirements gathering, test script creation, system testing, and UAT leadership , while coordinating between business users, developers, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
• 2+ years in a lead BSA role
• Strong experience in UAT, system testing, and QA
• Hands-on test script creation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Lead UAT Testing & Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Create and execute test scripts (functional, regression, integration)
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
• Track defects and work with developers to fix issues
• Ensure testing follows QA standards and best practices
• Act as the main bridge between business and IT teams
• Lead workshops, reviews, and stakeholder discussions
