DDC is seeking a Business Support Specialist to support the Professional Services Vertical's business development team by providing administrative, coordination, and research support. This role executes and manages key business development processes, maintains accurate and timely data, manages documentation and tracking systems, coordinates internal workflows, and ensures business development information and communications are clear, organized, and accessible to support effective execution. The Business Support Specialist supports the Professional Services Vertical's business development team by completing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with basic research on potential clients and opportunities, maintaining lead and contact information in tracking systems, and helping prepare and format documents, proposals, and presentations. The role also involves scheduling virtual meetings, tracking follow-up actions, organizing digital files, and supporting email communications. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support team goals and business development initiatives.
