Requirements

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
  • One (1) year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enter/extract data.
  • Maintain recordkeeping and tracking systems.
  • Research, gather information, and organize data to prepare complex reports, presentations, and summaries of various materials, as well as compose and edit a variety of correspondence.
  • Oversee, review, and reconcile accountants, patient accounts or payroll reports, prepare HR-related documents, calculate/record leave usage for departmental employees and respond to related inquiries.
  • Support preparation of complex plans, tracking systems, bids, and/or proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of processes.
  • Work closely with vendors, customers, and/or internal or external constituencies.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
  • Oversee and/or order supplies and office equipment.
  • Process and sign requisitions, vouchers, and related documents.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, train, and assign/delegate work as appropriate.
  • May complete unit/department-specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.
